How long does a logo take?

Most logos are ready in 3–5 days. Brand packages take 5–7 days and full launches with a website take 2–3 weeks. Rush delivery is available on request.

How do payments work?

You get a fixed quote in US dollars first. A 50% deposit books your spot and the balance is due before final files are sent. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or US bank transfer, wherever you are in the world.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

Yes. Clients are mostly in the US, with others in the UK and Canada. Everything is done online, so location doesn't matter.

What files do I get?

Everything you need for print, web and social: high-resolution PNG and JPG, transparent versions, and a print-ready PDF. Source files are available on request.

What if I don't love the first concept?

That's what revisions are for. Every package includes revision rounds, and I'll keep refining until it feels like your brand.

What do I need before we start?

Your business name, what you sell, and who you sell to. Examples of brands you like help a lot, but they're not required.
